The Position
The Customer Relations Manager provides a key role in the daily coordination and delivery of the Company’s products and services. The ideal candidate possesses a dynamic and detail orientated attitude that matches the importance and urgency of the surgeons and staff we support. The Customer Support Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the team of Managing Partners.
What You Will Do
· Coordinate general company phone and email communication to relevant team members
· Prioritize and process purchase orders for both internal and external products/services
· Generate and distribute weekly sales reports and tracking information
· Diligently track and manage product inventory par levels, office supplies and shipping materials
· Manage and solve outstanding A/R accounts
· Be the voice of our customers regarding concerns or complaints
· Share best practice in customer support with team members
· Take initiatives in proposing new ideas to improve efficiency and quality of our customer support
What We Require
· Previous customer service/support experience
· Previous CRM (i.e. SalesForce) and/or basic bookkeeping experience (i.e. QuickBooks)
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
· Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
